Well I just had a question of which looks better with an Xbox 360. Right now I am using a 23" Samsung LCDTV with the composite cable that came with the Xbox but I heard that VGA can make a difference. What do you guys think would be better?

I think you mean component cause composite looks like crap.

Try VGA.

VGA= digital signal output.

Component= analog signal output.

VGA= better*.

*= on TV's of 30+ inches.

Your TV is not big enough to make a difference, I would be surprised if your eyes can detect any sort of change between the two cable setups.

COMPOSITE =/= Component. The component cables are great, but I got a new TV and a VGA cable along with it... It's my only option for 1080p :)
