Viking: Battle for Asgard Review. Hahahaha ha...?

Obviously, today is April Fool's Day. So I was looking on Gamespot and I decided to check out the Viking: Battle for Asgard review. Well, to no surprise it recieved a 0.0/10. Now, this has to be an April Fools joke but the reviewer didnt say April Fools at the end or anything. Needless to say, we will assume it is, because no game deserves a 0/10. I just thought I'd bring this topic up, although useless as it is.

this is absolutely ridiculous. I totally disagree with the review from Gamespot. Ive played through Viking:Battle For Asgard for the first time and I have started for the second time on hard, but i can tell you that this game is definitely NOT worth a 5.0 :( its probably worth about a 7.5 and the combat doesnt get weak after a couple of hours!! Another pro point that they didnt even mentioned up top (only that combat can amuse for a couple of hours and that portals are good for travelling :S ) is that the major battles at the end of an island are a lot of fun to play... I'm really dissapointed in this review and i hope they can do better for the next time because they just ruined the game a bit for consumer which didnt have to be this way!!! :(RubenNL

Although I never played Viking: Battle for Asgard, no game deserves a lower score than Conan.. Even Conan recieved a 7.5. But Viking gets a 5.0? I wonder if the reviewer was drunk when he played Conan. :roll:

Conan felt like a better version of the Pirates of the Carribean game, so overall it wasn't good- Viking looks a whole lot better- I may pick it up anyway for a quick laugh.....though I have DW6 for that right now I guess.Muramasa_Edge

Yea, I'm loving Dynasty Warriors 6. Loved the whole series, even if all they did each time was add one new character I'd probably buy it its that good :D

Gamespot has been giving poor reviews lately such as army of two( deserves a 8.0), R6V2(deserves a 9.0) and now viking(deserves a 7.5).sivasiva

I agree. And what happened to video reviews? Dark Sector and Viking only had written reviews. I mean, it's okay, I understand but it's odd. And the top games chart no longer sports ratings next to the games any more. It has now been replaced with release dates. Has anyone noticed? As long as we have the forums! :D
