Around how long does it take for the box to come in once you call about a broken 360?

About a week.

then 3-8 weeks for the thing to come back, so your gonna be out for about 2 months.

god damn microsoft.

I'm waiting for my box too (Stupid Ring of Death!) but the customer support guy told me within 3-5 business days you should get the box, and then within three weeks of them receiving it you should get it back. Hopefully he was accurate.

I sent my 360 in an old box i didn't have to wait and i got it back 2 weeks.

it took me 20 days all together for everything but im in NYC...dont know if that helps...i had RROD..they didnt even fix it though they just gave me a new one
