If I buy a refurbished 360 from www.tigerdirect.com, does anyone know if i'll still have the warrany. also, what is the warranty, 1 year?

I bought a new warranty for a 360 which had an expired warranty.

Yes, the warranty for XBOX360 is 1 year. I don't recommend you buying it from other stores like ebay or something, always buy it from the "big brand stores" like EB since they have some nice deals and always trusted(well mostly).
