I think you are just not talking to the right people. If I am not mistaken the policy is a no question asked policy which means there are no exceptions. You need to get in touch with the store GM or a regional manager. Let them know that you are an unsatisfied customer and that you will take your buisness else where if they do not fix the situation. Its not what you say but how you say and who you say it to that matters. The customer is always right!!B_Scared
You can only use that no questions asked policy once a year though, or at least your supposed to only be able to once a year
