I thought it looked exactly like the others but with uglier graphics. The gameplay looks generic and the level design was lame. Was anyone else disappointed or is it just me?

I thought that Halo 3 is a perfect game for an ending, then came out Halo Wars, it's an RTS with different story so whatever, but now Halo ODST and ANOTHER Halo game - Halo Reach. Oh come on Bungie you CAN create a new great franchize, why another Halo? I'm dissapointed and angry
I'm disappointed with the length of what I saw, but nothing more. I personally thought that the game looks better visually than Halo 3, and can't wait till it comes out.
I thought the orbital dropping sequence was intense and I like the first person view in the cutscene, the graphics doesn't look that much different though. What I'm really excited for though is Halo: Reach. I've read the novel and I can't wait to see what they'll do with the story.
wait untill the game actually come out people then you can judge. they did only have 3-5 mins to show the game and i was pleased with the opening cut scene
The opening sequence with the drop was really well done, but the voice acting was a bit to "generic".
The graphics look pretty much the same, allthough I could be wrong.
I mean why buy a game with only 5-6 hours gameplay???
Do something like the orange box would be a lot better.
Well but Halo Reach, alone from what I saw and especially heard, this could be the real thing, dont get me wrong I was not all to happy with halo3 and Halo Wars aint to bad but to slow, but I will never give up bungie.
They did what they had to do, for Earth and the covenant armada.

Did you want it to look drastically different? All games in the Halo Series will look similar...
It's physically, mentally, and emotionally impossible to be dissapointed with something that you've never seen, touched, felt, smelled, or tasted.
My logic is undeniable.
Personally, I thought it looked great. The graphics looked much better, although it still looks like the original copy of Halo 3. The lighting was much better, and the textures were much sharper. But I'm more looking forward to playing this co-op, and the 3 new maps that come with it for Halo 3 multiplayer.
The Halo:Reach beta is just an added bonus to a good expansion with 3 new maps for Halo 3 multiplayer.

^this. They didn't show enough to tell how good it's going to be. And people are way too concerned with graphics. The story and gameplay are what really count.
