Well, ever since about a week or so ago I've been experiencing much, much more lag then usual.  It happens like every 2 or 3 minutes continuously and lasts throughout my entire matches online, y'know?  And I've had my 360 since launch and I've been a member of 360 Live for a very long time now and I have never, ever experienced continuous lag like this before, and I've also checked other peoples pings on Live when I can, mine is usually the only 1 that goes way up and then way back down then way up again continually like this.

The only thing different I've done is resetting my DSL modem several times a day for the past 2 or 3 weeks cause I've read that doing that helps speed things up a bit.  Like usually before I turn on my 360 and sign into Live, I'll restart my DSL modem, then of course wait a minute or 2 for it to synchronize.  And I've talked to my ISP about it already too, they ran tests on my phone line to check the speed and everything, they said everything was up to speed and working fine, and they also told me resetting my modem like I had shouldn't cause problems like this.  My ISP is Verizon Online DSL, and my DSL modem is a Westell VersaLink Model 327W.  Any suggestions please?

i would call verizon and see if they can diagnose your problem and see if a speed upgrade is available.  i have the verizon at my store and cable at home and when i play i see no difference.
