Remember the huge shortage of decent games in 2006? that lasted until the holidays? I do. So far i've only bought DMC4 this year and plan on getting GTA4 and Ninja Gaiden 2 when they release. But then what? wtf are we going to do until gears 2?!? :(

there's plenty of good games coming out man.. army of two should be sweet, but there's also bully, condemned two, rainbow six, for march anyway, and then in april, besides GTA IV there's going to be, star wars the force unleashed, and then soon after, mgs4.. so we will have our hands full until november.

Funny? 2008 is going to be bigger then 2007, atleast for me. I got Lost Odyssey (amazing game that lasts) to keep me until GTA:IV and then I dont know how I can get all games I want. From the RPG genre alone: Fallout 3, Sacred 2 and Fable 2. And I don't know if I even want to waste all the money this year. But2008 definatly isnt a 2006, it's not even 2007, it's better.

Yeah I totally agree, only other 360 games I'm buying are GTAIV, Fable 2, and Gears 2. Never like the first Vegas and it looks like more of the same so it won't be changing any opinions. I'm getting the MGS4 PS3 bundle in June and I'm pretty interested in the PS3 line up this year so that should hold me over.

Wow really it looks like an expansion pack? Do you want to know why? BECAUSE IT IS! If you haven't noticed that Ubisoft does this with Ghost Recon and Rainbow 6 then that may be sad.

Well i know what i will do while a wait and then most likely pass up Gears 2... I will most likely be playing and it depends if this games come out before Gears.... LO, Tom Clancy EndWar, StarWars: TFU, Spore, Starcraft 2 (ok i know it is PC and most likely won't come out until 09 or be cancelled...........), mabye Too Human, SSBB, Mario Kart: Wii (yes i know those are for the Wii, but i would rather have them than Gears, DMC4, or even NG2).

I probably could list more such as Fable 2, but it all depends on how much money i want to spend this year and get this year in terms of birthdays and what not.

There are lots of games that look promising other than the ones you mentioned.

Fable 2, Condemned 2, Prototype, Mercenaries 2, Too Human, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Dead Space, Army of Two, There are tons more in my wish list I just can't think of them.
