Seriously? The Elite and a few new Lame Networks signing on to Video Marketplace? US CURRENT 360 OWNERS AND GAMERS WANT NOTHING OF IT! I was hoping for the beta.... the 360 isnt for video and plus the new channels are totally lame, and hearing about a new 360 model is not surprising Major Nelson. Please tell me that these were not the two "Announcements"

Well thatd make me cry sweet tears of joy... 2K Sports is an Affilite of Take Two correct? Yes that is correct.... however i am not sure if Take Two owns 2k sports or if they just have some sort of deal to always publish their games... i think i remember hearing something back a couple years ago when EA bought out the NFL license and everything when Visual Concepts officially became 2k Sports that Visual Concepts, 2k, and Take Two all kind of merged or something like that.... probably wrong though..
That's great but GTA IV is so last year. The whole concept is worn out, just like Halo is worn out. People are moving on to bigger and better things. You know you concept is old when people start to copy you and GTA has definatley been copied redux!

yes but has it been copied well? none of the copies have even come close to san andreas.
also im not a fan of halo but they've only made 2 games so how can you say its worn out already. i would agree that both games are probably over-hyped but definatley not worn out

You'll think that when you see future updates... It may be old and tired because the other GTA games are older now. That will change real soon.IMO
How much can you do with the same idea of driving around commiting crimes and such? I just think the concept, whether it's Saints Row or GTA or the Getawway is just tired. Maybe if I was younger I would find something "naughty" about killing cops, fould mouthed cutscenes and the like, but I feel like I have played that to death and I personally am ready for something more. It's like the glut of slasher movies out now. Same thing. They aren't really improving on the genere just repeating the same thing. I will wait to see how they could possibly improve on the genere, but I just feel like it's beating a dead horse. We shall see.
