Ninja Gaiden 2 is top of my list. I'm also interested in Alan Wake but I doubt it will ever be released. I know someone will say Alan Wake is coming out this year, Microsoft have confirmed it etc etc. I'll believe it when I go to the store and it's on the shelf.
Gears 2, Fable 2, Alone in the Dark, Too Human, Force Unleashed, Operation Darkness, and The Last Remnant... and Mercenaries 2 and Rainy Woods, provided those two end up dropping this year.

Super Smash Bros (played it at a friends house, it's amazing), Too Human, Fallout 3, Fable 2, Gears of War 2, and Niinja Gaiden 2. Dark Sector might be cool.
