Despite searching through many many forums online, all I have found is complete bias reviews for either system. So much hatred for items of such joy?!?!?

I already have a PS3 and love it. I also have Wii and love that too. Tiger Woods with a control pad just isnt the same once you have played it 'properly' with the Wii-mote!

My question now is, is it worth buying an Xbox 360 Elite as well???

The arrival of the awesome looking Halo3 has prompted the question, but can you really jusify £300+ on one game??

Can any of you guys suggest other reasons for owning a 360 as well?

Cheers

Gears of war, Xbox live and of course Halo 3. But it's not realley worth getting the Ring of death. But if you have a PS3 and a Wii just wait until better systems of the 360 come out.

Halo is not the only reason to own a 360!

It depends on what type of games you like though.

Just click on top games for the 360.

I also have a PS3 and I play my 360 a lot more.

Xbox Live is almost enough to warrant a purchase by itself. But Halo 3 just pushes it over the edge.

The game library alone so far is what makes the 360 a viable purchase.

Also as in my case if you have family in other states, you just use the 360 camera or msn messenger (you can communicate with pc users) to keep in touch without paying long distance phone bills.

Add an hd-dvd, then you have both high def formats...see it's good buy. If you wait a couple of months you can pick up a upgraded 65nm xbox360 which is supposed to help with heat issues

Really depends on what you like multiplayer games x-box wins hands down. No particular storng single player games yet for any of the Next Gen consols... But fact of the matter is 360 has games something the PS3 dosen't have a lot of yet.DepressedHippie
