English isnt your first language but you certainly do just fine. Better than some people who only know English as their first language. But to the point of the topic. If you're looking to get on Xbox Live, you'll need a wired headset or wireless headset. I prefer the wireless headset. It costs $50, which is $30 more than the wired headset but it has better quality and well, it's wireless, hehe. Make sure you purchase the "Plug and Play rechargeable kit." It's $19.99. It comes with a rechargeable battery, and a USB cable that hooks right onto the controller and the Xbox 360 that charges your controller's battery. It can be charged while you're playing as well. If you have a nice LCD HDTV, be sure to pick up an HDMI cable (male to male). A website called http://www.monoprice.com/ sells them as cheap as $4-5 bucks. I purchased one for my PS3 for $7.53. If you're wondering, all HDMI cables produce the same picture quality. So it doesnt matter if an HDMI cable costs $100 or $5. They're the same. But maybe, the only difference is the quality of the physical cable. Some are thicker, some are thinner and made with different materials. I wouldnt worry about that. And make sure the HDMI cable is short as possible, like say 3ft or 6ft would do just fine.
Recap:
Wireless headset: $49.99
Wired headset: $19.99
HDMI cable: $4-10.
Plug and play rechargeable kit: $19.99
Those are the essential things that you will need.
As for games, I would recommend: The Orange Box, Lost Odyssey, Gears of War, Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, BioShock, Assassin's Creed (rent), Mass Effect and ME: Bring Down the Sky (DLC), Devil May Cry 4 (rent or buy). New games recently released or soon to be released that seem to be good from what I've seen and read: Condemned 2: Bloodshot, Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (in stores, tomorrow), Dark Sector (03/25/08 ships, in stores 03/26/08 ), and then there's Bully: Scholarship Edition which I rented and didnt like, and Vikings which ships later this month as well. If you're on budget, there are plenty of titles that are $30 and under. Oblivion, Saints Row, Dead Rising, Crackdown, Condemned: Criminal Origins, just to name a few. Well, I hope this helps. Good luck. If I made a mistake on some of this information, feel free to make changes.
Since the issue of accessories has allready been covered I guess the only thing left for me to say is my opinion on the games.
Call of Duty 4 is probably my favorite
With The Orange Box and Bioshock next.
If you like driving games then you can't do much better than Forza 2.
Mass Effect is a decent RPG, but Oblivion is better.
Then there is another excellent game called Assassins Creed which no one should miss out on.

Only thing you're gonna have, is about 3 head sets - just about every accessory comes with a head set. I bought the quick charger w/an extra battery pack, that came with a head set, the xbox bundle came with a headset, & the messeger pad (which I love) also came with a head set. Only thing that sucks, is that the 1st 2 headsets do not plug into the messenger pad port. Only the one that came with the pad fits the port. The other two plug directly into the controller.
Definitly make sure you can get online with it - and deffinitly get a copy of Call of Duty 4 - I am totally hooked on this online !!!
you don't need to buy a headset the system comes with one...the MS offical wireless headset is not that great IMO the battery life is lacking and you have to talk fairly loud for the mic to pick up your voice as the mic part is fairly short. I stick with the regular old wired mic the wire does not get in my way really and it works the way I expect.
I would suggest buying the quick charge kit over the play and charge kit as the play and charge kits seem to break fairly easily even under normal use.
I bought a cheap USB keyboard for $7(USD) and it works great...you will probably end up sending mostly voice messages anyways so $30 for the message pad is not necessary IMO. Only thing is the USB keyboard is not wireless but as I said on the rare occasion I do need to send a text message it works fine.
you may or may not need an HDMI cable depending on your TV... in any case the cables that come with the system are good
COD4 and Oblivion are must buys there are alot of other games that are great as well but not knowing your tastes it hard to say outside of theses two titles what you should buy.
The only additional accessory that I would class as essential is a play & charge kit.
The premium comes with a wired headset which is what you need to get talking to people in games online. It plugs straight into the pad so no need to worry about if it's charged or not. The wireless network adaptor is an expensive extra that is entirely unnecessary to play online. The only reason to get it is if you don't like the sight of wires out the back, and can't hide them.
I own the wireless networking adapter and its not worth $100...not because it doesn't work well or anything it does its job but you can buy a 2nd wireless router and set it up as access point and it will cost you 1/2 the price...$100 for the W.N.A. is a little much...I bought it because its portable and its nice to have when I take my 360 places...the play and charge kit for wireless controlers so you dont have to waste batteries
wireless networking adapter if you play online (it is worth the price $100)
headset if you want to talk to people

The Wireless Networking Adapter if you plan to connect to a wireless network.
The Quick Charge Kit if you have wireless controllers.
A Memory Unit for taking your gamertag on the road and backing up save games.
