It really depends on what games you like to play. I'd say Guitar Hero: Metallica looks great but a lot of my friends think it'll be garbage. Bioshock 2 looks convincing though.
I really hope this comes out this year otherwise there may be no reason for it to come at all, Ubi is cutting it close with the viability of this title. Alan Wake is teetering on vaporware territory, but there a bunch of interesting multiplat games on the horizon.
