What are the top 10 Xbox 360 games ever (so far)?

Anybody list their favorite 10 games ever. I'm getting a 360 soon, so I want to know what games are good to buy.

Also, please do not make your whole list have games all from this year. There WAS a time before 2008, you know.

List is pretty much my order of what i think, no based on sales. I put halo 3 @ 1 because the multiplayer and FPS controllers are the best of any game to date.
