You get a nominal amount of skill-increasing substance from them if you harvest or save them, but you get quite a bit more from harvesting them.

You getmuch lessADAM from them then if you save them. It makes the game a bit tougher but at leat you can sleep at night.

It depends. Do different little sisters give different bonus?
