What are your biggest criticisms towards online multiplayer games?

I was playing motorstorm the other day, yes on the ps3, and although the game played and looked fantastic, I was really disappointed by the lack of diversity.

No more split screen. They should definitely bring that back. What good is multiplayer, if you can't play with your buddy who's sitting right next to you?

Yeah... split screen would be nice. How are you finding shadowrun? Are you playing it on PC? 360? Is it balanced? Is there voice communication? And for that matter... are there tons of 11 year olds cursing at you?dy-syng

My sig is actually from the SNES version of the game. I refuse to buy that so called "Shadowrun" game. So, I can't tell you how the online multiplayer is.

I wouldn't mind if they were talking about the game and what to do but seriously, I have had too many morons just talking to someone else in their house without the Mic muted or just talking to someone on the phone and not muting themselves. lol.

and taking the time just to mute every single jackass is just a waste of time i could be using to play.. so i just play with my real life buddies.

-Party system to play with your friends

-Splitscreen

-4 player online co-op

-Fast and Easy to mute annoying people (2 buttons)

-press the d-pad to talk, so no Darthvaders

-AMAZING matchmaking, so noobs and pros can keep their distance

-Great variety of gametypes so you dont get bored

-FORGE!!!!!!!!!!

My biggest problem with online mutiplayer would be the potty-mouthed, singing-in-your-ear, whiny pre-adolescents who generally play them.

that was the actual "good" shadowrun that the bad 360 version is based on, the year, not sure.....early 90s

The players.

My biggest problem with multi-player games through Live is that they all are boring and they all suck. There is only one game that I like to play online through Live and that is Battlefield 2: Modern Combat because the single-player kinda sucks.

Screaming little kids. Good thing Halo 3 has a quick and easy way to mute them!jfkunrendered

agreed, its not just the kids some grow men are just as bad. They like to find people to pick on.

1) stupid, ignorant, or annoying people (doesn't happen to me as some people)

2) It stole my split screen local play, i wanna play with my friends right next to me!

the thing I hated about Halo 2 is being put in a room with a bunch of kids who play the game 8 hours a day and every day of there life, and I cant even get a shot off. I get killed all the time right when I spawn.I wish there was a way where they put you in rooms with similar people who have the same amount of hours played online or same amount of total kills. I work alot and have a wife. I dont get to play alot, but when I do, I want to be able to paly and have fun.NismoNissan41

thats why halo has a level system
