What are your expectations for Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer?

With more news and another trailer released for MW2, there's obviously going to be more hype coming, and with that hype, more expectations. Personally, being an avid CoD4 lover and having played it for over 30 days in game, it's almost become an addiction, in fact it might be. :D Anyways, what are your expectations and hopes for MW2's multiplayer?

My hopes:

• Same fast paced action IW is known for
• Good variety of maps like in CoD4
• Some new weapons, about 5 would be nice, I'm not asking for too much here
• Possibilty to switch firing modes. How awesome would it be to have a semi auto M16?
• New Attachments, like 6x scope, 12x scope, stuff like that
• Some sort of Zombie mode, it was fun in WaW
• Actual Rewards for Prestiging, how about themes/gamer pics/achievements?
• Just same IW Multiplayer that I love

Everything that you've listed PLUS multiplayer CO-OP! Give me those and I'll die a happy grunt, over and over and over again :P

how about migrating the host when the host drops out of a round rather than just ending it !!! I can't belive this hasn't been fixed !!!

All I know is that if MW2 doesn't have a similar zombie mode or something crazy like that I will not purchase it. Already a game coming out that will easily replace it to me at least.

Yup some sort of Zombie/Co-op mode would indeed be AWSOME ;)))))

I agree about the R6V customize thing. So many other games have it, would be nice in MW2.

I want to see some player customization like in the Rainbow Six games. Cammo, helmets, body armour ect. I'd make a Spetsnaz with a PKM.DPhunkT

Why does everyone want to customize the camo?? I dont get it? It doesnt help in Rainbow Six....please dont put that in this game!!

I just want the same action of COD4 without the random grenade kills from across the board!

Maybe get rid of Juggernaught also! ;)

I understand that...and please...I am not hating here.

I just can see 5 people running around in bright blue or red cammo on a snow board.....and of course they would be on your same team.....the other team will see ya from space!! lol

Unless it was a fall setting and the trees leaf's are changing!!! ;)

I expect good things from IW for this game, it should be great regardless. A few things that I'd like to see from them are...

New weapons
A variety of maps (different sizes)
Accurate kill-cams (shot for shot)
More camoflauge colors for the weapons
Hardcore game modes for everything
Better scopes (for snipers)
Ablility to shoot as you're dying which would be realistic.

take out the stupid Zombie mode and use up that space for something else. I would love to see full customizable characters in MPTjeremiah1988

I am expecting this game to satisfy my every need in a multiplayer first person shooter, but I do hope that they change the ranking system to allow players to de-rank. CoD4 was competitive, but if you sucked, as long as you dumped your girlfriend, quit your job, and stopped going to class, you could be a level 55 by the end of the month.

i hope they keep the riot shields and auto turrets out of multiplayer, sounds cool in the single player and the special forces mode but not in the multiplayer.
