well my impression is DAMN, it's going to be an entirely different game. I mean a floating city!? weird monster thing coming at you, and this chick?? i cant even describe that video in words. reply with your impressions.
The 1st bioshock was great. But Im kinda dissapointed that they are stickin to the same dystopian setting backstory. For me its just another bioshock but this time its in theskies..The 1st game's "WOW this game is different" momentis gone. Oh well, I guess all the developers are doing it all the same anyways..rehashing stuff and earning more $$$.
The vid is probably more of a tech demo or gameplay demonstration as everything feels "staged." Or maybe, just maybe, that's how the game will play like. Who knows. I'm not impressed but it does look solid. Maybe, I'm just not that into BioShock.
The game looked beautiful. The new world they made is bright and pretty, covered by a lack of sanity from characters who live in it. I really hope that they can bring back a strong character such as Andrew Ryan. Ryan single handedly made Bioshock for me. Him, a few supporting characters and an amazing story filled with the ideology that I grew to love from Rayn and I'm sold.

Amazing video i must admit. I think they are doing the right thing - introducing a world, different than Rapture, yet somwhat familiar to a Bioshock game. Cant wait...
The video looked a little too scripted for my liking, which isn't bad, but it's not something I'm going to get overly excited about. And I'm not sure if I can disagree with people when they say, "It's just BioShock, but in the sky." At least that's the type of vibe I'm getting from the video.
The game still looks great and I'll probably buy/rent when it comes out because it's just something different than shooting hordes of terrorists over and over.
