Avatar Rewards for getting the same item in-game would be cool, like getting the Pip-Boy in Fallout 3 or maybe getting certain clothing in Fable II.

Power Armor for getting Power Armor training. A box of gold bars for getting all the gold in Bad Comany. An HEV suit for finding the old suit charger from HL 1 in the Orange box. These are just some ideas.
Sports team jerseys. Like NBA, FIFA, MLB, NFL rewards could be team jerseys.
