I would say Capcom too. Maybe Ubisoft. Epic makes Gears and Unreal. Gears is good, but very over rated, and I've never liked Unreal that much. Capcom makes Resident Evil, Dead Rising, Lost Planet, Bionic Commando, Devil May Cry, and Street Fighter. Ubisoft makes Assassin's Creed, Raibow Six, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, and Haze. It just depends on your cup of tea really.
For quality, I'd say BioWare.makemeweak
QFT ... hands down... consistant quality.. I like a lot of Ubisoft games so i'd say they were second even though they have released alot of crap, they usually bring it for the 360...
how are we making our decision. which developer makes more games. or makes more amazing titles. if we're counting on number of games released. Capcom and EA( I would choose Capcom over EA). more amazing titles. Ubisoft. after next year, itll be a close race for Capcom and Ubisoft. Im sorry I have Gears and will buy Unreal. but Epic needs to make more titles. not a whole lot more to where theyre developing crap. but enough to catch up to Ubisoft and Capcom.
I would say Nintendo, but since this is a XBox tread, I think that I'm going to have to go with THQ. Wait THQ is a publisher. Hmmm...I think that I'm going to have go with Team Ninja of Tecmo. No wait...2K of Sega. Hold up, I'm tripping; I'll say EA...no! Kanomi or Capcom, one of those two. Then again, I forgot about Bungie or Valve or Ubi Soft. I got it...Atari. Aw dang, I forgot about Midway. Hold up, Yukes is pretty cool. This is a hard choice! Acclaim, yeah, that's it...wait they haven't produced anything in a while. Well, I'm sorry, but I have to say Nintendo.
Top Seven: BioWare (counting separate from EA- no games have been affected yet up until this point), Bethesda, Capcom, Ubisoft, Bungie, EA, SEGA. In that order.Stellarbomb
