What Did You Think of the Alien Vs. Predator Demo?

I just played it today, and I have to say I was really surprised how good it was. I haven't played as predator yet, but alien and survivor were a lot of fun. To be honest I just really needed a change up from call of duty, and this game was a pretty good one. Strangely enough the only review on metacritic so far is Game Informer and they seemed to give it a pretty mediocre score. What did you all think of it?

I Prefered the Multiplayer in AVP2 on the PC but i dont think this was THAT bad, it was 1 mode and 1 level, I'll be getting this for the single player campaign Like the rest.

I'm so bored of CoD and Halo. AVP is a breath of fresh air, and is awesome. The demo sucks, its a better game for TDM or different situation mulitplayer. Once different races are teamed up.. and the single player....its going to be amazing. I'm lovin it!

It's a shame that a franchise with such unique characters sold themselves out to the lowest bidder and produced a game that's barely above the other broken messes they make.

Maybe this will teach them to pick a better dev next time

I played it more than the Bad company 2 Demo.

AvP is really excellent, unique and variedgameplay, greattension and atmosphere.

I played it, and it was really good. Anyone that says the game sucks is, naturally bad themselves. Once you learn the block system you will wreck, as any class.

TDM would have made the game seem a lot better but still it just doesn't seem like I will buy it right away.

Every time I tried to search for games..... nothing. Said screw it, hopefully the actual game is good.

i liked playing the demo with friends, but there was some things i didn't like. for example when you run and do a back kill it seemed like whilst in your gory death animation, another person was waiting behind you to get a back kill. it was like a train of back killing madness. :)
