What do I do? :(

Ok my cousin has lived with us (referring to me and my family) for a few months now. I have had an Xbox 360 for about 2 years but since he moved in he always plays constantly like for several hours. He uses my Gamertag account and he made many friends on live and a few weeks ago which was the last time i played it, some of his were cussing me out for stealing his account and he told me make a new for myself so i can whenever he's not playing and I'm like no u make one for yourself. He also won't let me play guitar which is very important cause he needs to chat online. I'm getting really stressed by it. What do I do?

Um, recover the gamertag, then change the account password maybe?mrgrins

lol...obviously copy his friends GT's down on paper, delete all of his friends from your list, make a new gamertag profile and add his friends to that one. You can't let him ***** you.

its YOUR gamertag, so...make him make his own or tell him to buy his own 360. And play your guitar whenever you want, its your house

Knowing your age, his age and what you mean by family (ie.. wife and kids or mom and dad) would go a long way towards saying what you should do.

Just kick him off of it.. Are you scared of him or something? It's your Xbox 360 right? So you can tell him to stop playing it.. Just delete his friends/block them and don't let him use it. It's really not that hard to do. Man you wont even play your guitar because he says not to? Does he hit you or something? You should probably tell your parents because I don't see why you would let him control your life.

I agree with the majority of the people here, put your back bone into action and tell him to get lost, make his own gamertag and password protect yours, infact if its your 360 just tell him to get a grip and buy his own expensive gaming console...

And real guitar? tell him to get lost and if that fails turn up your amp all the way :D speaking as a guitarist of nearly 4 years it takes priority :p

Use that option where you can set a time limit of how long you can play per day.

Get a back bone and tell him no, it's your account.

Don't let him use your 360 anymore, he apparently dont understand its yours.

Take my advice with a grain of salt, because I can be a bit callous, but you just need to put your foot down and tell him to either make a new tag himself or buy his own 360. It's yours and you have all rights to it. It's his fault for making his friends through your account. As far as your guitar is concerned, play when you want, but don't play at only times when he's online to be a jerk. You two are going to have to give and take a little, but in general, play whenever or try to set up some times where you can play for an X amount of time without him there or when he won't be bothered.

i can only conclude, from the information available, that you are younger than him??? anyway, do what most hear have said, but i, personaly, would just take the HDD away and effin crank that Amp past 10.

beat him down and tell the freeloader to buy his own 360 seems the obvious thing.

I would delete and block all his friends and not even write them down just to spite him. And then put parental controls on that require a password.

That way when he turns it on and puts in a game he'll be like.... WTF!!! and then he'll see all his friends are gone. And right at the moment he makes that revelation, I'd turn the amp up really loud and start playing some metal music, maybe even through in some vocals :)

Man, I wish I was in your position right now, that could be fun.
