What do you intend on getting this Game Season -- August through December?

What do you intend on getting this Game Season -- August through December?

For me:

August - Batman: Arkham Asylum or Wolfenstein (Whichever is good, or whichever is better)

(If I don't get an August game) September - Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (If that isn't good, I will resort to Halo ODST)

November - Modern Warfare 2 and/or Left 4 Dead 2 and/or Dragon Age Origins (If they are all good, I will get twoof themand postpone one til Christmas)

(If a travesty occurs and the November games are bad) December - I will mill the selection for something to hold me over

Chronological Order:

1. Arkham Asylum

2. Modern Warfare 2 and Left 4 Dead 2

3. Dragon Age Origins

Want Order:

1. Left 4 Dead 2

2. Dragon Age Origins

3. Modern Warfare 2

Dragon Age: Origins no other game can even come close. Also thank you for adding it most people forget RPGs in their lists for some reason.

Edit: I'm getting around 20-40 games from now so there's no need to list them.

The big ones for me are MW2 & AC2. I am also considering Brutal Legend and Dragon Age

I forgot completely about Assassin's Creed!

I'm assuming it comes out in November. I'll probably save it for Christmas, or, if its reviewed negatively, I'll skip it.

Wow, I can feel the hole burning in my wallet right now. :lol:

I'm still hunting down the games I've missed (GTAIV, Fallout 3, Guitar Hero, Fight Night 3 or 4) I'm probably going to get all the games from the TC's list at some point but I always buy my games used/dirt cheap so I have to wait for the prices to go down.

I'm getting MW2, ACII, H3: ODST and L4D2.

Indeed. I'm quite excited about it though. I'm a big Batman fan, so I'm really hoping it will be as good as it looks like it will be. I'll buy it regardless though.

The only game that I am definitely getting is Modern Warfare 2. ODST used to be a definite purchase, but then they bumped up the price. I'll only get it if it gets good review scores. Brutal Legend I might get, and Dragon Age Origins looks like a buy, unless it flops hard. I won't be spending nearly as much money as last year, I must admit.

My most wanted 360 game is Marvel UA 2 I'll be getting the SE of Batman AA (PS3) , Marvel UA 2, SE of Demon Souls (PS3), SE Dragons Age Origins, Modern Warfare 2, and Left 4 Dead 2. I might get Alpha Protocol as well or ODST.

I'm not really planning on getting any games but i'm definitly getting Modern Warfare 2 and i need to get GTA4 again, somehow lost my copy >:(

I'm not sure about any yet, but I'm looking at:

Dragon Age: Origins

Assassins Creed 2

Dead Rising 2 (if it comes out this year)

and I'll decide about the Batman game after I play the demo, but from videos I'll probably wait till it's cheap.
