My 360 died the other day and I called xbox support and got it all setup to get it fixed. I should get the box in this week. I just need to know what exactly do I send to them. Is it just the 360 with the harddrive removed? Thanks

They send you a sleeve. Don't send any of your accessories.

All you send them is the unit. Remove the Hard Drive, becasue you won't get it back.

Just the system itself nothing more.  You take everything out and off except the faceplate unless its your personal faceplate you bought.
