I already know they're adding planes which is a big thing, but I'm not sure about motorcycles. They probly have announced it, I just haven't seen it.

i think they should just ditch the online matchmaking and have a 4 person coop free roam.

Well to tell you the truth i dont have saints row and i havent even played it, but it looks so awsome. Anyways its to late to get it now im probably going to wait for No.2

Saint's Row is a platinum hit now so it's only $30. I'd get it. It's really fun.

I'd love to see a persistant online world in Saint's Row 2. Where you can see everyone online in a given server.

But also more of an involving story, not your character just sitting there and listening to the plot go by.

More missions are always a plus, making them harder would be awesome.

More customization through your clothes, cars, and weapons would also be awesome (like adding silencers, scopes, or longer clips).

And lastly, more utilization with the phone would be great; it was an innovative little feature I was surprised with in the first.

Just more little features that imrpoved the game. IMO, that's what made number one such a good game - it was a GTA rip off, yeah, but it made so many little improvements and added so many awesome features that it didn't matter, it was a fantastic game on its own - rip off or not.

So bsaically I'd like to see the same as number one, in a new town, with new features, like helicoptors/planes and maybe more stuff to do at your house and so on.

Also, as suggested, it'd be cool if they made a multiplayer mode that was free roam. Maybe 2-4 players.

Kind of like crackdown, maybe put co-op specific modes too or let you do the challenges co-op, IE for the escort things, one person drives, the other shoots out the window, and stuff like that.

I can't wait for SR 2.

For those of you who havn't read about it (i just did), they said that SR2 will allow you to play THE ENTIRE SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN co-op!! They also said there's a new secretive 'free roaming' multiplayer mode that they say is a genre first!

This is gunna be so awesome.

more customization options have been added ,

and an open world online mode ,,,, dont know much of what exactly they mean by that though also theres 2 player online co-op

First off, I would like to be able to call a limo for myself and my homies, for a nice ride, or a drive by, and or call for a helicopter whenever you need one.

Also how about adding some fun cars like the General Lee, or the A-Team van, batmobile, or the old ghostbuster car?? I think that would be cool to see! Nothing like running down people guns blazing, driving Kitt from the 80's Knight Rider around!

Better multiplayer...more cars...more guns. Seems like they are adding it all. This game will be great.

They're adding motorcycles, the ability to make a female character, customizable houses, planes, more customization with your character, duel wielding, more weapons, more cars, and I think even some new side missions.

I'd get SR2, I found it a lot more fun than any GTA game.

The only thing I truly want is personality. The first Saint's Row had nothing of the sort as it was too busy emulating GTA that it completely missed the point. For example, they were trying to emulate the satire that the GTA franchise is known for, however, they were doing it with mere face value and thus there seemed to be no thought behind it and it all ended up being dull drivel. The new game needs to find it's own path, basically. Once it has done that, it may very well be a contender against GTA.

On the playful side of things, the more you can customize, the happier I am.

nah, i'm just kidding (even though it's true). i'll be getting both. i thought saints row was pretty fun but it was missing some of that side fun. i'm talking about what you do in gta when you don't want to do the missions. most of that was due to the lack of airplanes and how the game was designed in terms of freedom. but yeah i don't think there's much more i want out of the game because the first one was actually really good.

Maybe if they make it so yu don't need respect to continue on with story missions then maybe I will even buy SR2. The first game was near broken for me as I didn't care for the side missions and just wanted to progress in the game but nope can't do it gotta fill up my respect bar.Ket87

I had fun with the Insurance Fraud side mission... It was crazy... I can believe one can get $430,000 is one fall... It's also the easiest. I finished all the Insurance Fraud Missions in just 2 hours. It will earn you alot of respect, that will last you uhhhmmmm i think 12 missions. Try the insurance fraud... but after all the respect you earned run out, you will again do other side missions ^_^

We read the letters and we already know most of the contents. One of the most innovative thought was being able to customize the character into a gay or a lesbian. Thumbs up to the creators because in real life there are gay gang lords and lesbian gang presidents. They have been recognized in the game. And the reality it shows gives the game the ultimate gaming experience for gang members of any gender.llSapphyrell
