I say gta 4, for example when the friendly fires on in free mode and i say don't shoot the blue guy, thats me, some dumbass screams "everyone shoot the blue guy" Also someguy once invited me to his game just to trashtalk me. Finally, I get at least one guy a day playing rap music through his mic.
I love Halo 3... but the online community is so annoying... the funny thing is, i'm one of the guys who goes on and trashtalks... but not as much as these "little" kids(you know the ones i'm talking about... with the purple/pink master chiefs)
Crackdown since I can never even join a game with anyone because they just reject my invite, out of 50 attempts I got one person to actually let me enter. But all games have people using the N word and are cursing to others while playing online.
On just Xbox Live, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, it would be any given Halo. The teabagging phenomenon in that game, combined with the "I've got a better chance of hitting the lotto jackpot than ever succeed in doing that" achievement conditions, peppered with some of the worst lag since Q3A for PC with a 56k modem, it is clearly the one game that would have made me demand my money back on it and XBL if I'd actually bought them with my own coin. Of all time? Counterstrike. Single most exploited game in online history + FUBAR'd money system + any form of stat tracking = a community filled with the worst offenders of just online jackassery I'd ever seen. magic headshots, aimbots, cheating admins and an overly abused kick/ban system make for probably the one game I have unanimous hatred for.
Halo 3's isn't that bad. I was on earlier today and out of the six or seven games I played only about ten people actually used their mic. It was just normal chat. No racism or trash talking. I was playing matchmaking though. Custom games are probably a different story.
The worst community I've played in has to be Shadowrun. Everyone was just chasing achievements. At the start of the game people from opposite teams would make arrangements on what achievements they were gonna help each other get. I remember one game when everyone was dead except for one player on each team. We all had to sit there for ages while the guy from my team fired sniper rounds at the guy from the other team so he could get some block sniper rounds achievement. They'd arranged this before the game started. They didn't give two ***** that there were people sitting waiting for the round to end. It was that bad I ended up selling the game.
Saints Row for the rediculous amount of team killing that goes on in many of the modes. Also there are far too many US kiddies pretending they are gangsta, constantly trash talking and dropping the n-bomb into as many sentences as possible.
Crackdown is hard to get into a game, but once you get in it is great fun.
Prey - because its so old that you will struggle to fill a single 8 player game, even when that is the only game running.
Halo 3 and COD4 has the worst I think RBSV1 and 2 have the best because there are no little kids probably cause its a game that takes skill unlike the two above.
halo 3 for sure, and i agree with the poster a few above me, rainbow six vegas 1 had one of the best communities. i used to be addicted to that game and almost everyone was nice, it was a rare occasion to run into someone bad, and if you did they'd usually leave during the match anyway.
i love the game but the community in halo3 is terrible. so many annoying little kids. however cod4 is catching up quickly. at first cod4 was great but now the middle schools seem to have caught on to the game

I'd say Halo 3. I would say Gears but Gears only has the occasional 11 year old trying to trash talk you and thats pretty much all Halo 3 has.

Give me a break on the whole COD4 and Halo3 take no skill comment. Is it just random luck when I win? Or is it that my aims gotten better along with my tactics. Saying they take no skill is just idiotic to me.
definitally halo...one of the reasons i sold the game...everytime i die some spastic walks over and teabags me...its sad and i only find it funny in gears...

i'll try and play a game on ranked objectives and we're not doing well, (only 1 other guy has a mic keeps talking **** and more **** bout we sucked, and cant hack it in the real military, hes like 13 btw, so im like "shut the fucck! up! lil lilttle prison queen!" he quiets down and quits 5 seconds later) i checked my rep and its down to 60% approved.
Yeah, on halo 3 i really despise the people who blast their music so loud you cant concentrate or those freakin 12 year old kids who scream so loud in the mic that your ears start to bleed!

Have you ever played a ranked match? I'm willing to bet money you have not. Considering most of the achievements can only be done in ranked matches, I can tell you right now that people are righteous **** **** in the ranked matches.
Halo 3 online community sucks and so does rainbow six vegas 2. I love Vegas but I just dont like when u enter a room and u immediately get kicked out for no reason. If you dont want people in the room change the private slots
Halo 3 is terrible. all the players are mostly like 10 year olds who think they r soo cool cause they can push a power button and work a controller. COD4 is ok i guess but alot of kids make noises that r disruptful and they called some of my friends Spics and he isnt even mexican
I have had a few bad games of Cod4 and Halo 3 but I think the community is ok in general. The worst would have to be GTA4 every game I go into has trash talking and racism and screaming kids that should not even be playing the game.

That's what im wondering. Everyone I play with never has a mic. I have my personal settings on friends only now (my fans were annoying me, i'm not aspiring to be an MLG player and my fans wouldn't leave me alone about it) and it really is no different now than it was when my settings allowed my fans to communicate with me.
