I'm a big fan of the Resident evil series and i think that after 3 they should have called it quits. 4 is and 5 will be amazing but the direction that they took it was completely left field from what the series really was. I think they would have done just as well by calling it something else and making new hero's for the lead. What game series would you like to go?

Halo 3 was Bungie's last project and I'm sure Halo Wars will be the last Halo game released.
im not comparing the gameplay of gears vs. halo my point is halo3 on a next gen console could have looked better than it did. there are games that came out at 360 launch that look better. there are also games with alot better story to them. and the online :-(. bad company's online is much better and they only offer one mode.

NEVER say that, unless you're talking about DW: Gundam (which was horrible) but all other DW games have been amazing! Endlss hours of fun! (I own DW 5 & DW 6 and plan on geting Warriors Orochi 2)

Hey i would love that but to have a good cover system you have to go to 3rd person and that would kill the first person games and for some reason i don't think halo fanboys would like that too much but i could be wrong

Nothing in Halo is realistic and thats why I and many gamers love playing it.
i think guitar hereo should be stop being made. there r 4 of these games out. all they do is just change how the game looks and add more songs. they should come out with a a final version then just make addon to the game. that way the game will feel new with a new pack of songs from different artist.

You know you maybe right but R.E 4 brought on a lot of new players and a lot of R.E fans saw it as a slap in the face when they took away the zombies and all. So maybe it could have gone either way but i've seen a few people who are really wanting to see some new franchise hit the market and i was just saying maybe that could have been it since it is clearly a complete overhaul from the series.
call of duty! they pump out call of dutys at the same rate as maddens, yearly! and its essentially the same game as the last just now with different settings. call of duty needs to be put away just as halo hes been. and dynasty warriors should have been put away years ago.
is mega man still alive? or sonic....guitar hero appears twice every year, and I dont consider halo's 3 graphics bad they are good and enough for the in game needs, and as I see you a re a GeoW fan, and it has outstanding graphics and cool gameplay but it lacks story and variety every single battle in the game is enemies on one said and COGs on the other with no chance to flank or surprise, im not by any means a fanboy but I just cant stand trash talk like yours

The people here who say the sports games should stop or only come out once every 2 years clearly don't play them. I play Fifa and count the days untill I get the next installment with updated rosters, jerseys, weather effects, and physics comes out. I don't want to be playing a game that's a year and a half old because it's the newest installment. I like the reasurance that a new Fifa will be out the same time every year and look forward to it. Also, Hitman is an amazing series that didn't live long enough.
As for games that have lived to long... I don't know of a game that should, games that they make multiple installments of must be being bought by someone, so who am I to say it should be discountinued. I think Dynasty Warriors is complete and utter garbage but if there are people in this forum alone that like a game that god awful then there must be a fan base for those other mult-installment games out there.
I think call of duty would have to go as well. I'm so sick of WW2 i don't know what to do with myself. I thought 3 would have been the end of it but wow i was wrong.
