What game to buy now??

Well I'm an huge fan of "Resident Evil" and greatly enjoyed "Star Ocean till the end of time."

One thing that I was wondering what game would me worth it to buy first.

"Resident Evil 5"

or

"Star Ocean: 4"

I know that I could enjoy both games, playing them on hours end but I was wanting to know some other options on the two games and which one of the two is an "Buy it now."

I say neither, wait for something else later & just use those 2 as weekend rentals.
