What game weapon do you think has the biggest overkill factor?

In my opinion I'd have to give it to the Experimental MIRV from Fallout 3. If you've got enough mininukes to feed this nuclear shotgun enough for a couple shots, nothing on God's green earth can oppose you.

It doesn't need to be from the 360 if you can think of something from another console, I just wanted some opinions.
