Gears 2: Load times seemed about the same, but the low-res texture pop up was no where to be found.
Oblivion: The game still had the in-game loading, texture pop-ups, etc, but the game does have faster load times.
Call of Duty 2: Load times are barely above 3 seconds.

  • Gears 2: Doesn't really do much for load times, but the texture pop in is now gone.
  • Fable 2: Cuts down the huge load times by a bit, even though they're still pretty long.
  • CoD 4: Doesn't seem to do much, just like the silent disk drive.

None. I only have a 20 gig HDD and installing games take around 6.5 gigs.

Right now just Fallout 3, but I'll be getting a new Xbox for Christmas so I'll have more space to install more games then.
