what game(s) should i get

Hi i just got 360 like 2-3 months ago, and the only hame i have so far is call of duty 4, and im looking to get a new game. I think i will et GTA4 when it comes out, but for now i was thinking that i should get halo 1 and 2 and beat em and then get halo 3, or just get gears of war or R6V2, what do u think? (by the way i have about a 100 dollers to shell out on games)

Halo 3 is a very good game and runs 60 bucks leaving you with 40. You might check Gamespot and see if you can pick up Halo 3 cheaper. Leaving you with more cash. Assassin's Creed is one beautiful game, but repetitious. Eternal Sonata is one very good game and much cheaper now. If you like sports games than NHL 2008 is excellent. Go with the types of games that will round out you library of games.

i'd stay away from dead rising. Atleast until the second one comes out and they fix the wonky save system and the terrible aiming mechanic
