Ok, so I played through Condemned 2, yesterday.

Now I'm looking for something new to please my hungry 360 ;)

Games I still need to play:

DMC 4, RSV 2, Viking, Turok, Lost Odyssey, ArmyOfTwo, Frontlines

Which one should I get?

DMC4, R6V2 and Dark Sector. Skip the rest, unless you have someone you can always play with, then get Army Of Two.

Lost Odyssey will last you a while granted you have the patience and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 should be a good choice if you've never played the first. Worst comes to worst, GTAIV will be out shortly so...

DMC4 is awful, sooo repetitve. I made the mistake of paying $60 for itm just rent it and play the first half of the game. The second half if pretty much just the game repeating it self.
