What good 360 games aren't coming to pc?

I am going to get a 360 for my b'day in late july but what games are coming out(or already out)that aren't coming to pc too? I have a fairly good pc so games like oblivion, C&C3, splinter cell, UT3, bioshock and others I would get on pc.

The ones I can think of are: Mass effect, GTA4, dead rising, gears of war, blue dragon, halo 3, the darkness, saints row.

I'm asking this because if I do get the 360 I don't want to regret it.

I think those are the console exclusives that weren't mentioned. There's probably more too and from the ones I mentioned, lots of them are Xbox 360 exclusive.
