when oblivion first came out last year it was rated T but within a month or two they changed the rating to M because of gore.
i actually think it was the dark brotherhood questline other thatn the PC topless mod.

Well I bought mine from EBgames and i'm looking at the box right now. Its rated M because of blood and gore...the language...sexual themes...use of alcohol..and violence. This is a Canadian Rating which is usually lighter than the American ones. But EB Games and Gamestop are the same. I think M for oblivion sounds just about right!q8hr
They use the ESRB ratings in both, so they're the same. What ever it's rated in America is what it's rated in Canada and vice versa.
