Tales of Vesperia (might still be $30), Lost Odyssey, Eternal Sonata, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Burnout Paradise, Star Ocean, Fable 2, Star Wars TFU, Ninja Gaiden 2, Dead Rising.
Out of those my favorite by far is Tales of Vesperia, but like I said it could still be $30.

I live in England, so hopefully the translation for money is correct and these fit the bill: Call Of Duty 2 Call Of Duty 3 Call Of Duty: World At War (seriously... both MW's cost more than this I believe... especially obviously MW2) GTA IV GTA IV Episodes From Liberty City Kane & Lynch: Dead Men Burnout Revenge Burnout Paradise Colin McRae: DiRT BlackSite: Area 51 TimeShift Legendary (I got this recently and I love it, the presentation/graphics isn't amazing, but it's fun. Play it on Medium though... Hard is SO frustrating especially with long loading screens at times) Dark Sector WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2007, 2008, 2009 Legends Of WrestleMania (if you are interested I recommend you look in to this game first as it's not everybodys cuppa tea) TNA iMPACT! (same as I just said about LOWM) If you are interested in a Wrestling game though out of those above I recommend 2008, but if you can get 2010) There is some for you... hope that helps.
