What is the best Xbox Live Arcade game?

Uno, definitely.

Symphony of the Night is good as well, as are Ikaruga and Rez. You also can't go wrong with Prince of Persia: Classic, Catan, N+, or Alien Hominid.

Puzzle Quest is my favourite xbla game. Don't be put off by the high price though, as the game will easily take 20+hours to get all the way through.

Assault Heroes was also lots of fun, and now reduced to 400 points is a steal :)

Prince of Persia Classic, Worms, Bomberman and the Assault Heroes series are very solid choices.

I got Carcassonne for free, but I think that it would be a fun one even if I'd paid for it.

DO NOT get Contra or Paperboy, they aren't the versions you remember.

Well i wouldn't buy any of the SEGA games. i bought Streets of Rage 2, Sonic The Hedgehog, and Golden Axe played through them left them for a month then when back to play them for achievements only to be told " this is the trial version, to unlock achievements please buy full game" and i don't know who i should contact about this SEGA or Microsoft.RiseAgainst12

You would contact Microsoft about that, as they are the ones in control of all the downloadable content.

Did you have to send your system in to get fixed? Did you try to redownload the game? You should try to do that.

Contra is the same as it was on the NES back in the day as far as I can remember.

Yeah, I know these are actual versions (NES for instance), but when I think Contra, I think Contra 3 on the SNES. Paperboy is the original arcade version, similar, but not near the quality of what most of us remember after some updates have been made.
