That's it? Wow. I've beaten the Gears of War 2 campaign at least 20 or so times. Well, I've beaten LOADS of Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 campaigns, but I don't know if that counts.
The original Fable 15 times. I had it into my head I could be a record holder. Then I thought nobody cares how many times I beat a video game but I loved it anyway.
Games on the NES, SNES, Genesis and N64 are beyond count now. I just beat ME1 today for probably the 10th or 11th time, I beat ME2 like 6 times so far, I have at least two more playthroughs of that.
Mass Effect 10 times, played the game as different classes Adapt, Solider, Enginner, Vanguard, Sentinel and Infiltrator which totally changes gameplay each class.
I beat Fable 2... 4 times? I think that was the easiest re-play for me. Just so many different in game options that each playthrough was something new.
one of them i cant remember which i beat on casual normal and insane and about 3 times on normal by myself and then once through co-op. So about 7 times through.
Zelda Ocarina of Time. I have no idea how many since I was young and there's no real way to keep track, but it has to be over 10. Such an amazing game. On 360 I've beaten Bayonetta and Assassin's Creed twice each. I'm getting ready to start a 3rd playthrough on Bayonetta on Nonstop Climax Mode once I finish the last few Alfheim portals to get the last achievement for the game.
Both Gears of War, Halo 3 and Bioshock about 3 times minum each (Bioshock is technically 2 and 3/4s tho) Lost my save file when i was at point prometheus on my 2nd play through then restarted and beat it.

For me it wasn't just beating the game ASAP, each time I did everything you could do.
