What is Xbox 360's best game, and is it better than PS3's best game?

What do you guys think? My buddies are saying 360's Mass Effect 2 would go up against PS3's MGS4 or Uncharted 2. I personally don't know.

I'd say Tales of Vesperia. Best PS3 game I think would be Uncharted, didn't finish it yet though, so i haven't played Uncharted 2. But I doubt either game will be as great as Tales of Vesperia.
