Well there both singleplayers, but I love Mass Effect for the story and the vastness of it. I like Bioshock just because it's just a break form the standard FPS. With great gameplay as a bonus.grunt1096

for me it is mass effect just because its a game that is fun like the third time you play it.

also cod4 is a close second

RPG: Mass Effect (and I usually can't stand RPG's but this game is AMAZING!!!)

Action/Adventure:AC

Sports: NBA 2K8

on the 360....ob....but i havent played bioshock, mass effect, rock band, ac, or cod4 yet.....ipath4life

I really loved Mass Effect for the replay value, and CoD 4 was a classic, so I'd say a tie between those 2Luke-85

As I said, also because I am an avid sports fan I really enjoyed NBA 2K, Madden, and MLB 2K (Don't ridicule me)

Only 4 hours into Mass Effect, so I can't say anything yet.

But as of right now, Super Mario Galaxy and Bioshock are my favourite games this year.

Easy, COD 4, Halo 3, Gears of War, BioShock - all amazing games. (Unfortunately, have'nt played mass effect yet)masterjojo3

Didn't really care for the repetitive nature of Assassin's Creed.

For me :
1. Gears Of War
2. Assassins Creed
3. NBA 2K8

1. Mass Effect (technical issues aside, its just so straight up freakin awesome!, Trilogy better be comin!)

2. Halo 3 (its halo!!!!, our gens version of Star Wars)

3. BioShock (a break from the ordinary, kickass through first playthrough utterly amazed but on 2nd playthrough more like meh idk why?)

4. Assasins Creed (Kickass written all over it, combat system and scheme truly the best ive seen to date)
