What is your next purchase before summer?

With so many games coming out between now and July I was wondering what other gamers would like to get.

For me it is Batman Arkham Asylum and Fuel.

Probably the ufc game, or fight night round 4.

Lost Odyssey or Infinite Undiscovery. The new UFC game looks pretty good but I might rent that.
