here's mine:

I don't have a lot of money right now. I have both Borderlands and Modern Warfare 2 pre-ordered and half-way paid off. but since I don't have a lot of money, I have to take off all the money from Borderlands and put it on Modern Warfare 2 :(

hum that one time i had like 17 deaths and 8 kills in MW1. never ever again! :P. i felt sooo dirty.

Some of the dream sequence stories in Lost Odyssey were pretty emotional.

I don't get sad during video games... I get angry sometimes though

When I was like 11, after like 80 hours of game time I finally caught all 150 Pokemon on Red Version. My friend's sister took my cartridge without my knowing and wiped it clean.

A little more relevant to my age, I agree with whoever said they didn't get as excited about games as they used to. I feel the same.

When dom had to shoot his wife in gears 2 so she wouldnt suffer anymore. I mean he spent all that time looking for her then end up finding her like he did.

The majority of the achievements are glitched and unobtainable. T.T

The fact that I have to sell some games in order to get new ones its always hard for me i dnt want to do it but i have no choice :(

having to quit mechwarrior 4(and sequals), i was really good back in the day and had some of my best gaming moments on it

im not really sure, i dont tend to have sad game moments, i suppose u could say when i finished bioshock it was sad coz it was over :(

Yea... I have to agree with that one. I totally forgot about this until I read fudger's post. They dragged him behind that tow truck, and you had to chase them and try to incapacitate the driver. The cutscene afterwards was harsh... Also, how about when Dom shot his wife after spending the whole game trying to find her? That was another moment where I was like... WOW.

Getting the RRoD a few days before Mass Effect. Still, it was a great moment when I finally could play Mass Effect.

Mine is Half-Life 2 Episode 2 when[spoiler] Dr. Eli Vance gets killed by the advisor. [/spoiler] Also, Frog's (Glenn's) flashback moments in Chrono Trigger made me cry as a kid for some reason.

Kingdom Hearts, when Kairi is returned to the island and Sora has to find King Mickey and Riku who were left inside Kingdom Hearts. Yeah... Best game ever. Best ending ever.

My saddest moment was when I sold my Pokemon Gold game, which had all 251 pokemons plus 15 lvl 100 pokemon (with whom I won a lot of chamionships in my country, and that's how I got my Gamecube, winning a tournament... oh good times I MISS YOU TYRANITAR!)

This. There are others that I am sure that come to mind but for me this sticks out. I always hear the hype around games and just don't feel what others are feeling. That excitement factor seems to be deteriorating for me. I still play but I don't have as much time as I once did, and even then I don't really feel like it as much. I still get a bit excited now and then (especially when I see a very good deal) but it just isn't what it used to be. Which makes me quite sad.

I haven't played that many sad games yet so my saddest moment is when I bought Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga off Amazon.com which was corrupted and a year later I finally realized had bought a bootleg :(

Just finished Final Fantasy X, with the ending and all... 'Nuff said, I think.

Saddest part is that I now have to find another FF.

Most recently I just finished The Force Unleashed, and chose the dark side ending. Pretty sad what Palpatine did.
