You answered your own question.  The downside of having so many great games is a matter of not being to play them all.  But you do have a nice collection.

And yes, I recommend Dark Souls, especially since it looks like you can afford it.  It's a great action RPG with a degree of strategy and planning and it's a difficult challenge that punishes mistakes heavily but feels so rewarding when you can conquer all it's tough enemies.
