Are you going to get plug and charge kit, batteries with the charger station or just regular rechargeable batteries ?

i'll be using re-chargeable batteries, they are great and cheap! Ive been using it for ages on the Xbox 360.
There are no batteries for One controllers; they'll be like PS3 controllers and only have a port to recharge the controller itself.
So the XboxOne play and charge kit with the rechargable battery I pre-ordered is not needed? Pre-order cancelled, how dare they sell me something that is not even able to be used. I am so happy no batteries are needed and I can just plug the controller in to recharge. You sir have made my day.

Unless you're joking or being ironic I'm pretty sure the Xbox One controllers do require batteries in order to work, I saw an unboxing of one and on that video they showed the back of the controller and where the batteries go.
In my home I have 2 separate recharge stations for AA & AAA batteries. However when gaming in my man cave I use a wired controller for lower latency.
Thankfully the new controller can do both because the internal radio is disabled when plugged in. Good job Microsoft.
Either the batteries with charge station or just regular rechargeable batteries. I hate plug and charge, pointless.
Same.
Oh your welcome. Yeah I saw at Walmart they had the Energizer 2400 mah AA batteries. I actually have some devices that use Lithium batteries frfom China and I have to say the batteries last a really long time. Their battery sizes are measured differently but look on Ebay and if you can find the correct size with the charger that would be your best bet. I have seen some batteries that were almost 10000 mah. Those batteries would last for multiple days without charging. If I can find something that will work I will let you know. They cost a little more but well worth the convenience. Well found some on Ebay that were 3000 mah with the charger for less than $7.00 free shipping but they ship from China so takes about 2 weeks.
