I'm 53, I'm curious as to how many other people actually bother to expand off the main quest and level their characters, lol. I find it hella fun.

Lv 59 after my 2nd playthru. Gonna do one more on Insane and then I'm done with it... for now.
... and I never, ever delete save files. They're so small and I tend to sell and repurchase games later on.
Ha, I can't do it on Insane for crap!! I find Veteran's the best difficulty, plus the only one I could probably finish the storyline on 'til I get better.

The way I beat insane made it way easy... get the Collossus Armor X... Play as a soldier... make sure you have Master Immunity unlocked... Make both of your armor upgrades be Medical Exoskeleton X (46% cooldown to powers bonus)... then just spam immunity... you can just run around being invincible because you can just keep reactivating immunity before it runs out...

lol thats cheap as hell wish i thought of it :P beatin insane was a huge pain, but funHow is it cheap LOL? If not to be used for something like that, why would they even put medical exoskeleton or armor with 2 slots in the game..? I understand saying it is cheap if you gltiched it or something... but you can go do the bringing down the sky quest (DLC) for the Collosus armor (you can choose as a reward from the doctor)... and then go to any store in the game to buy the upgrades... it is not like you are doing something against the rules...
:)

See, if I were to do it on Insane then it'd obviously be a bit hard because my main char (53) is an Infiltrator and therefore doesn't have immunity and is only good with a sniper rifle, lol. And I don't exactly feel like starting a new game, but I guess I'm gonna have to, lol. I think I'll get to lvl 60 first.
I heard you can keep your stats and some items in Mass Effect 2, so that sucks for uI had maxed everything (Level 60, 999 Omi-Gel, 9,999,999 Credits, All quest completed, all stats maxed...)... but I deleted everything and sold my game... I just bought it again 2 weeks ago and I am level 25 :( WHY DID I DELETE MY SAVE!!!???

I haven't even opened up my copy of Mass Effect yet and I bought it at Christmas time.
I really need to get on that.

cheap doesnt mean cheating or glitching
u dont have to break the rules to be cheap
if ur playing a fighting game and all you do is spam (lets say) sub zero's ice blast, you havent cheated, but thats cheap
I haven't bought this game yet, but I was just wondering if an upper level Adept is anywhere near as good as an upper level Soldier. One online guide said if you're an adept you'll be the weakest one in your party a lot of the time, and the Soldier is a more complete experience since you can use all the guns and use the biotics through your party members.
BTW, to what extent will you be able to transfer your character from ME1 to ME2?
54 last time i checked.. I have been bored lately i think i will finally beat the game a second time.

That's why I bought it again... So I could make the perfect character for Mass Effect 2 again...
