What made you guys choose the x360 ? :)

Iam currently owning a PS2 and a Xbox, I have played them pretty much. First I wanted a PS3 due to its power.Later I started to realise about PS3 games.I dont like metal gear solid and Gran tunismo. Now about 3-4 months Iam planning to an Xbox360. Today I tested it at EBGAMES. OMG this is the best console I have always liked the halo series and gears of war.The xbox360 controller is so amazing and the xbox live support are the best.Iam living in Europe and Iam now currently waiting the price drops probably one day I will see you guys at xbox live. I hope that the pricecuts will soon arrive to Europe :(

Since the mid-1990s, I've been mostly a PC gamer. A few years back, I decided to go with console gaming to cut back on the cost of keeping my computer up to date for the latest games*. The Xbox had far more of the titles I was interested in playing on the PC, so I went with it. That's mostly been the case for the 360, as well. I did eventually pick up a PS3, but most of the games that interest me will still be coming out on the 360, or will be multiplatform.

*And yet, I still upgraded, anyway. And even with stacks of console games to play, I seem to find myself playing on the PC all the time. :p

I had a PS2, hated XBOX always. I wanted a PS3 cuz it looked powerful and had all the games I wanted.. but then XBOX 360 started nabbin' the exclusives and had all the best games PLUS the games I wanted on the PS3. I was just gonna sell it(I had a Wii too) but then decided to sell the Wii after playing Gears and Dead Rising on the 360 AND seeing it had the other games like Devil May Cry, Assassin's Creed, and GTA4. Otherwise I still would've waited til i got the PS3 and sold my 360

I have owned a Atari 2600, Commodore 64, NES, Genesis, PS One, Xbox, and Xbox 360.

I remember Bill Gates stating that he believed in the games industry and that MS would be in it for the long haul. With words like this and MS's power/money, you can only believe that Xbox 360 is going to succeed.

I use to have the PS2 and the Xbox i loved the PS2 but i played more the Xbox because the better graphics(light and shadows effects, less glitching images), faster loading times, custom soundtracks and of course cause i loved Halo and Halo 2 (btw halo 2 was the xbox live grand founder, we got XLM cause halo 2 started all), and i choose Xbox 360 because XLM friggin rocks!!! something new every week demos, movies, trailers, live arcade, halo 3 is coming and a hundred things that makes the 360 the best console around. I love a lot my Xbox 360 i'm even thinking about getting an Elite or the 120GB HD. someday probably will get a Wii then maybe a PS3 when the price goes down to $400 or less:P

I had an HDTV and I wanted as much HD content as possible. The 360 was the first console to go HD. Well, I guess the original Xbox output certain games in HD.

Plus, I had an Xbox and liked it.
