What passcode is used for autosign in with xbox live?

Reason being I forgot but acccount password but I have auto-sign in to XBL, is

that the password that I forgot? pls help

the one that u picked when u signed up with live. if its a hotmail/msn account then its the password u use to log into msn etc as well
