What preorder bonuses are worth it from gamestop?

So with the flurry of great new games that are coming soon.. there are a ton of preorder bonuses you can receive.

With the Last Remnant, there's 3 stances exclusive to preorderers.

Call of Duty 5 you get access to the beta and M1A1 at the start of the game.

Mirror's Edge you get time trial mode exclusive to preorderers.

Left 4 Dead you get early access to the demo.

Which ones do you plan on preordering/have you preordered?

I learned that at Gamestop you can actually preorder and then cancel once you have the bonuses (for some things.. wouldn't work if they gave it to you at pick up time).
