My 360 has been "half broken" for 2 weeks now (it only plays Lost Planet out of 5 other 360 games I own and UNO doesn't work) . So obviously I need a new 360 and with the Elite coming out in a week, I don't know If I should wait for that, or save myself $80 and buy the premium. What do you guys think I should do? Opinions much appreciated.

You could always send your broken Xbox in for repair.  Takes about 2 weeks but if you have the warranty it should be free.

Well I was kinda dumb for not getting a warranty so I screwed myself over that lol. How much do repairs usually cost? If It cost over $100, I figured just sell it and get a brand new one because my current 360 is reaching the one year mark.

If you have less than a year with the system you are eligible for free repair of your Xbox360 Console. Why dont you contact microsoft for further information at 1-800-4MY-XBOX

Now if you ask me what i would do..... i would probably try to trade it at EB Games for $250 if possible. XD Then i would buy an Elite system, it being black hot and all.

Hehe, I'm such an idiot, I totally forgot to mention I cracked open my 360 lol. Only thing I did with it was add new fans. I guess I'm better off buying the premium since I don't have an HDTV and the 120gb HD would be useless to me since I'm still going to use my old HD. Anywho sorry guys, forgot to mention I voided the warranty lol...just hope Gamestop won't notice when I sell it. :)

yeah, I was going to say try doing the Ganestop trade in special they are running... maybe you'll get them on a busy day and they won't check that it's been opened up.
