ok this is wierd it was 1v1 on gears of war and i was on the locust. the cog was attacking me and i stick him with a nade and roll away into a roadie run. he runs after me and we both blow up.... he gets the kill and wins the round. how the hell did that happen?

Strange, you should have gotten the kill. Maybe you got frag tagged too? or he shot or punched you. thats kinda lame that that happened

nope i was at full health and i know for a fact that it was the nade that i stuck that killed us. the only way he would be able to catch me was to roadie run aswell which means he didnt shoot me and when i stuck him he had a shotgun out

If he was close enough to you when he blew up, the difference in time of death might have been too small, so the game just flipped a coin. Sort of like if you boomshot someone standing beside you. Im not sure the exact mechanics behind the game, but alot of stuff seems random (like who chainsaws who if you both run at eachother)
