It won't let me connect to Xbox Live. I run the troubleshooting tool and it has "Failed" next to Xbox Live on the list. When I go to More Information, I get a blank screen. I really don't feel like going through the tedium of calling Microsoft Customer Service just to learn that they can't help me if Live is indeed down. Anyone else knows what is wrong?

50$ bucks a year isnt too bad compared to MMORPG's taht charge 14.99 a month. but ya it is complete junk that its down so much.

Last week and the week before. I don't care though since I threw my 360 in the closet and have been enjoying my wii playing Mario Galaxy. Don't have to worry about microsofts crap till next year.

It doesn't matter how many people are online! It shouldn't be acting up just because there's more poeple online. And the reason it is acting up is NOT cause of how many people are online. TeamXbox said that there's something wrong with the servers and it was suppose to be fixed 2 days ago.
i rarely have those problems with live and i do play on it at all hours so it is 24/7. and what are you talking about " it should b free " arent there enuff ads on there for you ? do you really want more? and besides what online service or tech of any kind doesnt have problems! everything and i mean everything needs a tune up sooner or later and in the end everything crashes. plus why would you pay $10 a month when you can get a full year for $50. i like good games and good consoles and i dont care who makes them so i also want them to make money so that we can continue to get these good products. thats how it is deal with it
